When mother-daughter team, and interior designers, Noela Coffey and Carla Barton decided to renovate this Leichhardt house for sale, they knew that their target market would demand a renovation of the highest quality. After all, kitchens sell houses. So, they brought in the big guns (us!).
Our expert team of designers, manufacturers and installers worked with them to achieve this bespoke kitchen. It was important to create a statement kitchen while being neutral enough to maintain broad appeal to prospective buyers. The result is a kitchen full of exquisite yet subtle design features.

The Design:
The Leichhardt kitchen is relatively small, however it features 4m high ceilings that give a sense of grandeur and scale. Luxurious, sweeping polyurethane wall cabinets bounce light and enhance the expansive height. A luxurious warm timber veneer under bench off-sets the white wall cabinets. Inspired by the clean lines of mid-century design, stained-oak timber veneer underbench doors and drawers give contrast and design interest to the otherwise clean and simplistic space.
An expansive island, bespoke integrated solid timber handles, minimalist marble splashback and a statement modernist light seamlessly marry to create a kitchen that oozes luxury and design. The finished result- a kitchen guaranteed to make house-hunters fall instantly and completely in love.
