Point Piper Apartment
Client brief:
Located in the stunning suburb of Point Piper, these clients were after a minimal and seamless design. A monochromatic colour palette with darker features scattered throughout gives this apartment a modern edge.
A minibar with retractable doors was requested, giving them the opportunity to entertain with ease and conceal the area when needed. To accompany the seamless look and feel, a hidden powder room and storage cupboards were created, disguised by custom panelling.

Design features:
Seamlessly integrated features flow throughout this apartment. Starting in the kitchen with a Miele semi-integrated dishwasher. Integrations continue with a Bosch built-in double oven, a Subzero integrated fridge/freezer, and a fully integrated Panasonic microwave – a true entertainer’s delight. The muted charcoal Laminam porcelain benchtop flows right around to the Siemens induction cooktop with a Sirius range hood above. The kitchen is accompanied by the practical KWC pull-out tap that sits over a Franke sink. Concealed above the sink is a pull-out Samsung TV, making doing the dishes much more entertaining.
The main bathroom vanity was kept open, so the stunning view of Double Bay could be seen from every angle. Fit with a Laminam porcelain bench top and his- and hers-style Kado above counter basin. The ensuite vanity is fitted with a Maximum porcelain bench top which then flows to the Alape flush mount basin.
Tucked away behind wall panelling is a hidden powder room vanity featuring an ADP basin sitting flush with the Laminam porcelain bench top. A niche shelf was installed above the toilet to ensure practicality in this cosy space. The laundry is a functional yet beautiful space with a Miele washer and dryer adjacent to the Franke tub.
This apartment exudes sophistication with a bar hidden by retractable doors fitted with a Vintec bar fridge, perfect for entertaining or fixing up that much-needed after-work drink.
